V.T.O.S stands for Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme. It consists of courses designed to meet the education and training needs of people returning to education.
The aim of V.T.O.S is to give unemployed people education and training opportunities. it also to prepare people to go to paid employment or to further education opportunities.
